There are absolutely no fees of any type.

3. What documents are required for US KYC verification?

To complete the US KYC verification, you will need to upload one of the following documents, based on your residency status in USA:

4. Why did my US KYC get rejected?

5. Can I make a transfer using my US KYC without completing the Indian KYC?

Without Indian KYC verification, you are limited to sending 50,000 INR per financial year. However, there is an alternative: you can send money to a friend’s or family member’s account. In this case, ask the receiver to create a separate account at www.moneytransfer.online and complete their Indian KYC. Once completed, they can add their Indian bank account and set it as the preferred account. After this, you can use the “Send to Family/Friends” option by entering the receiver’s registered phone number to transfer money.

6. Why is Indian KYC required?

As part of compliance requirements in India, users are required to complete Indian KYC. This allows you to transfer amounts exceeding ₹50,000 and withdraw funds to your own Indian bank account. Without completing Indian KYC, you will only be able to send money to friends or family members.

7. How do I complete my Indian KYC?

You can complete your Indian KYC using your PAN card along with either your Aadhaar Card or Indian Passport.

8. When does a customer on www.moneytransfer.online need to update their US KYC and Indian KYC?

US KYC is mandatory to initiate transfers. Indian KYC is required for transfers exceeding ₹50,000, and US KYC with SSN is needed for transfers over ₹2.5 lakhs per day.

9. Why is my KYC status showing “under review”?

KYC is usually approved within minutes, but in cases requiring additional compliance checks, it may go through manual review. Rest assured, your KYC will be approved within 2 business days. 10. What should be the address in my KYC?

Should it match with ID proof or bank account?

The address provided in the KYC must match the address on the ID proof. If the residential address is different from the one on the ID, a bank statement showing the current address must be submitted.

11. Can I transfer money to accounts other than my Indian Bank account?

Currently, www.moneytransfer.online supports transfers only from USA to Indian savings or NRO bank accounts. Transfers to NRE accounts or other countries are not supported.

12. I am unable to add my Indian bank account. What could be the issue?

Please ensure that you are not using an NRE (Non-Resident External) account, as we currently do not support transfers to NRE accounts. You must use either a Savings or NRO (Non-Resident Ordinary) account only. Additionally, double-check that you have entered the correct account number and IFSC code, as any incorrect details may cause the transaction to fail.

13. How long does it take for www.moneytransfer.online to verify my bank account?

Bank account verification usually takes a few minutes. To avoid delays, ensure all details are entered correctly. In rare cases, it may take 6–8 hours. 14. Do you provide support for NRE bank accounts?

No, we do not support NRE (Non-Resident External) bank accounts for transactions. You can link only NRO (Non-Resident Ordinary) or regular savings accounts for money transfers through https://moneytransfer.online .

15. Can I have multiple bank accounts linked to my profile?

Yes, you can link multiple bank accounts to your www.moneytransfer.online profile. This feature allows you to manage various funding sources conveniently.

16. What should I do if I encounter an error during a money transfer?

17. What is TDS, why is it deducted, and how can I get it refunded?

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) is a tax withheld by the payer before making certain payments, as per the Income Tax Act of 1961 in India. At the end of the financial year, https://moneytransfer.online will issue Form 16B, which can be used to claim the TDS amount while filing your income tax return. https://moneytransfer.online provides an additional 1% amount as TDS, which is linked to your PAN card and can be claimed during tax filing.

18. Do you support transfers via credit or debit cards?

No, our platform only supports bank-to-bank transfers.

19. Why is SSN required?

Social Security Number (SSN) is required to increase your daily transaction limit on https://moneytransfer.online . By providing your SSN, your daily transfer limit will be raised from ₹2.5 lakhs to ₹12 lakhs.

20. What is the limit for sending money from USA to India?

Our standard daily transfer limit is ₹2.5 lakhs and ₹10 lakhs per week. By providing your SSN and completing the additional verification, your daily limit can be increased to ₹12 lakhs and ₹40 lakhs per week.

21. How long does it take to process transactions within the instant limit?

Transactions within the instant limit are usually processed within 24 hours. For transactions within the daily limit, processing typically takes up to 2 business days.

22. Does the recipient need to complete US KYC to receive money in India?

If the recipient has an account at https://moneytransfer.online and has completed their Indian KYC, they can receive the funds without needing to complete the US KYC. However, they will not be able to send funds.

23. How long does it take to transfer funds to my own account?

If you are transferring to your own account and it is within the instant transfer limit, the funds should usually be credited within 24 hours.

24. How can I track the status of my transfer?

27. How do I cancel a transfer, and is there a refund?

29. What is a USD Wallet, and how do I create one?

A USD Wallet allows you to store and transfer US Dollars for transactions, such as sending money from the US to India. To create a USD Wallet, you must first complete the US KYC process and have an approved US bank account. If you are eligible, you will be able to create a wallet by selecting the "Create Wallet" option in your account.

30. How do I check my wallet balance?

Once your USD Wallet is created, you can view your USD wallet balance directly from the wallet page. Any deposits or withdrawals will be reflected in the balance shown.

31. How can I deposit money into my USD Wallet?

You can deposit money into your USD Wallet using ACH or Wire transfers. Detailed instructions, including the necessary account information for ACH or Wire transfers, will be provided on the Wallet page.

32. Will I be notified when my deposit is successful?

Yes, once a deposit is successfully credited to your USD Wallet, you will receive a confirmation message notifying you of the successful deposit.

33. Can I transfer money to India using my USD Wallet?

Yes, you can use the funds in your USD Wallet to transfer money from the US to India. The wallet balance will be used to fund the remittance transaction. You will receive confirmation of the transfer once it is processed.

34. Will I receive confirmation when I initiate a remittance?

Yes, once you initiate a remittance from your USD Wallet, you will receive a confirmation mail with details about the transfer, including the amount and recipient information.

35. Can I withdraw money from my USD Wallet?

Yes, you can withdraw funds from your USD Wallet to a US bank account that you’ve added to your account. To initiate a withdrawal, you must select the amount you wish to withdraw and choose your bank account from the drop-down list.

36. What are the withdrawal limits for the USD Wallet?

There is no minimum withdrawal limit. However, withdrawals can only be made from US bank accounts that you have linked to your account. If you attempt to withdraw an amount greater than your USD wallet balance, an error message will prompt you to adjust the withdrawal amount.

37. How can I view my transaction history?

You can view your transaction history, including deposits, withdrawals, and remittance transfers, on the USD Wallet page. Each transaction will display details like the amount, date and transaction type.

38. What is the Schedule Transfer feature?

The Schedule Transfer feature allows users to schedule and automate USD to INR remittance transactions on a pre-selected date. This helps users ensure that the transfer occurs on a specific day, without needing to initiate it manually.

39. How can I schedule a transfer?

To schedule a transfer, open the Transfer menu, enter the USD amount, select your source account, and provide the recipient's bank details. Then, click on the Schedule option, choose a target date from the calendar (anywhere between 7 to 60 days in advance), and confirm your transfer.

40. How are funds collected when I schedule a transfer?

When a transfer is being scheduled, you can choose to pay either from your wallet balance or your linked bank account:

  1. Wallet: The USD amount is deducted from your wallet immediately when the transfer is scheduled.
  2. https://moneytransfer.online linked Bank Account: The USD amount is debited from your bank account right away once the transfer is scheduled.

This ensures your transfer is secured and ready to be executed automatically on the scheduled date.

41. How will I know if my transfer has been scheduled successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation with details of the scheduled transfer, including the scheduled transfer date and recipient details.

42. Can I modify or cancel a scheduled transfer?

43. Can I track my scheduled transfers?

Yes, you can view all your scheduled transfers under the transaction’s menu of your https://moneytransfer.online account.

44. Will scheduled transfers affect my weekly/monthly transfer limits?

Yes. Scheduled transfers are counted against your weekly and monthly limits based on the date when you are scheduling the transfer. Therefore, we recommend using your https://moneytransfer.online wallet to schedule your transfers, where you can schedule transfers of up to USD 100K in one go.

45. What happens if the scheduled transfer date falls on a holiday or weekend?

The transfer will still be executed on the scheduled date, even if it is a holiday or weekend. The system ensures the transfer is processed automatically, regardless of the day.

46. How do I know if my scheduled transfer was executed successfully?

After the transfer is carried out, you will receive an email confirming that the funds have been successfully transferred.

47. Can I change the recipient details after scheduling the transfer?

Once a transfer is scheduled, recipient details cannot be modified. You must cancel the existing scheduled transfer and create a new one with the updated recipient information. Please note that if you cancel any transfer, you may lose your extra exchange rate.

48. Is there a fee for scheduling a transfer?

No, the feature does not include any additional charges for scheduling a transfer.

49. Can I schedule transfers for different dates in the future?

Yes, you can schedule separate transfers for different dates within the allowed 7 to 60-day period.

50. How do I know the exact amount of INR I will receive?

The system provides an estimated INR amount at the time of scheduling, based on the current exchange rate and the proposed rate for the scheduled period. The final amount will be shown on screen before confirming the transaction.

51. Will the scheduled transfer be affected if there's a change in the exchange rate before the execution date?

No, the exchange rate promised to you at the time of scheduling is guaranteed. Any market rate changes will not affect your transfer.

52. Can I use https://moneytransfer.online on my mobile phone? Is there an app?
